It was one of those Berocca moments, you know, the team, but on a really good day. Right from the kick off they seemed like a different team and it was great to watch. There was a slightly lower supporter turn out, 1,020 rather than the usual 1,200 but given the recent lacklustre performance it’s not surprising. Still, if you are a supporter, you are a supporter through thick and thin and those who came today were treated to a good result that keeps Dartford out of the bottom four. Given that Kidderminster Harriers are a full-time professional team, The Darts should be pleased with their performance.
It certainly showed on Captain Elliot Bradbrook’s face when he scored goal number two.
Kidderminster’s flag bore the text ‘Pride, Passion, Belief’ but it was more like disbelief when they failed to score during the 90 minutes.
